MIKE KIRK
Mike is a native of Madison County, Iowa, and moved to Marshalltown in 1989. He and his wife Karen, who works for the Marshall County Attorney’s office, have three daughters: Kellee, Regan and Kinzee. They also have five grandchildren: Caleb, Jose, Isaiah, Lilly and Eli, as well as a cat, Sophi. Mike worked for Diamond-Vogel Paints for 25 years before deciding to enter the profession of Mortuary Science.

Mike graduated from DMACC in 2006 and is a fully licensed Funeral Director at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Mike and Karen and their family are members of the New Hope Christian Church and Mike is an active board member for the Iowa River Hospice.
