Adeline Weber, 93, of Marshalltown, died Monday, October 3, at the MMSC. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 8, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest in the Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be held one-hour prior to the services. Memorials may be directed to the family. Born Adeline Maxcil Evertsen on October 25, 1917, in Dunbar, Iowa, she was the daughter of Michael Rutting and Annah (Rosfjord) Evertsen. She graduated from the Marshalltown High Schools Class of 1935. Adeline was united in marriage on October 26, 1942 to Dale Lamont Weber in Bethany, Missouri. Mrs. Weber was a lifetime member of the Elim Lutheran Church and a member of the Sons of Norway. She enjoyed needlework and stamp collecting. Surviving are her daughter Kathryn Adale Weber Poling and son-in-law Keith Allen Poling, her grandchildren Jonathan Keith Poling and his wife Rebecca and Kate Anne Poling and great-grandson Cole Jonathan Poling. Preceding her in death were her husband, parents and siblings-Helen, Frances, Rudy and Lilian.
