Deborah Ann Harvey, 58, of Marshalltown, died Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at Accura Healthcare of Marshalltown. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Marshalltown. Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until service time Tuesday morning. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Fellowship Baptist Church in Marshalltown. She graduated from Marshalltown High School. On August 10, 2001, she was united in marriage to Thomas Harvey in Marshalltown. Deborah was employed at Mid-Iowa Workshop and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafting and ringing bells for the Salvation Army. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Thomas; parents, Fred Carter and Betty Collins of Mesa, AZ; two brothers, Darwin and Darrold Carter; and a sister, Denise Carter. Preceding her in death are two brothers, David and Frank Carter; and a sister, Darla Carter.
