James “Jim” Carter, 61, of Marshalltown and formerly of Knoxville, Iowa, passed away in the early hours of the morning on May 15, 2020 at Grandview Heights Nursing Home in Marshalltown. At this time cremation rites have been accorded and no formal services for James are scheduled at this time.
