Julie Ann Hart

Julie A. Hart, age 57, of Marshalltown passed away in the afternoon of Monday, May 7, 2018 with family by her side and while under the care of the Iowa River Hospice. Graveside memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 11, 2018 at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation. Born Julie Ann See on August 5, 1960, in Waterloo, IA, she was the daughter of Marlo and Connie (Ross) See. The family moved to Marshalltown when she was young. She graduated from the Marshalltown High School and later with an Associate’s Degree from MCC. On February 1, 1985, she was united in marriage to Joseph Hart. They made their home in Marshalltown where she was employed at the Regency, Wal-Mart and Kwik Star. Julie treasured her family, especially her grandkids. She also enjoyed her parakeet Cookie, coloring and had a beautiful singing voice. Left to cherish her memory are Joseph, her loving husband of 33 years; her son, Shawn (Jennifer) Hart of Marshalltown and their children, Lillian Marie and Preston Michael; her mom, Connie (Robert) Curtis of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; brother, Kenneth (Jill) See of Round Rock, TX; aunts, an uncle, cousins, and many friends. In death, Julie rejoined her father, Marlo See and her grandparents.
