Miriam Stephanie Ventura Parra, de 22 años, que actualmente asistia a la universidad en Miami, Florida, anteriormente de Marshalltown, Iowa, falleció temprano el domingo 20 de mayo del 2018 en Des Moines, Iowa.Una misa de entierro cristiano será a las 10:30 a.m. el viernes 25 de mayo del 2018 en la Iglesia Católica St. Mary en Marshalltown, Iowa. Miriam Stephanie Ventura Parra nació en Marshalltown, Iowa el 25 de marzo del 1996; ella era la hija de Juan Ventura Ambriz y Rosa Maria Parra. Miriam asistió a la escuela en el Distrito Escolar de la     Marshalltown y se graduó con la clase del 2013. Asistió a la escuela en el Marshalltown Community College y recibió su título de Asociado en Artes Liberales. Actualmente asistía a la Universidad Internacional de la Florida en Miami, estudiando para obtener una licenciatura en Fotografía y Comunicaciones. Mientras vivía en Marshalltown, trabajó en Younkers, JC Penney y el Súper 8. A Miriam le encantaba tomar fotos y viajar con sus hermanas y había viajado a Europa, Canadá, España y Roma. Le encantaba pasar tiempo con amigos y familiares. Quedan para apreciar su memoria su madre, Rosa Parra, su padre, Juan Ventura Ambriz; hermanos, Ana Rosa Ventura, Lizvette Juárez Parra, Kiara Juárez Parra y Ashley Juárez Parra; hermanastros, Juan Antonio Ventura y Gerardo Ventura; y sus abuelos, Roberto Parra y Maria Parra; y su amado perro Niko y muchas tías, tíos y primos. Miriam Stephanie Ventura Parra was born in Marshalltown, Iowa on March 25, 1996; she was the daughter of Juan Ventura Ambriz and Rosa Maria Parra. Miriam attended school in the Marshalltown Community School District graduating with the class of 2013. She attended school in the Marshalltown Community College and received her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. She was currently attending the Florida International University in Miami, working on a degree in Photography and Communications. While living in Marshalltown she worked at Younkers, JCPenney and the Super 8. Mariam loved to take pictures and travel with her sisters and she had been to Europe, Canada, Spain, and Rome. She loved to spend time with friends and family. Left to cherish her memory are her parents, mother, Rosa Juarez, father, Juan Ventura Ambriz; siblings, Ana Rosa Ventura, Lizvette Juarez Parra, Kiara Juarez Parra and Ashley Juarez Parra; stepbrothers, Juan Antonia Ventura and Gerardo Ventura; and her grandparents, Roberto Parra and Maria Parra; and her loving dog Niko and many aunts, uncles and cousins. In death Miriam rejoins her paternal grandparents.
