Randy was a gentleman, a businessman and charmer and had a way of bringing out the best in those he knew. He had been the owner of Mother Ocean in Marshalltown as well as PFP for 20 years. Randy was loved and respected by many and loved to travel. His friends and co-workers described him as a special friend, full of smiles and laughs and a man who had rhythm in every step he took.   Randy is survived by his children: Scot (Jennifer) Hayward of Newton and Amanda Hayward of Springfield, Missouri. He is also survived by grandchildren: Shyanna (Robert), Maresa, Jay and Trinty along with one great grandchild on the way and brother, Larry (Noreen) Hayward of Louisiana and his wife, Karen Hayward.   Randy is preceded in death by his daughter, Nicole Kay, who passed away in 1997, and his parents and sister Peggy.
