Tim D. Kouba

Timothy David Kouba, 56, of Marshalltown, Iowa, died Sunday, December 9, 2012, at his home. A celebration of Tims life will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 13, 2012, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home where his family will be present to greet friends. Doris Hammond Kouba. He was raised and educated in the LDF School District graduating in 1974. After high school, Tim spent a year and a half at MCC as well as a year in Muscatine College. Tim was united in marriage to Lisa Hill in 2000, in Connersville, Indiana. Tim was employed with Rapers Automotive in Indiana. For many years he worked as a construction supervisor and his most recent job was with Wandering Creek Golf Course where he managed the grounds for 6 years. Tim will be remembered for his love of family, golf, bowling, basketball, cats, outdoors, building computers, and auto mechanics.He is survived by his wife, Lisa Kouba; two daughters: Jessica and Jennifer Kouba and their mother Deb Kouba; parents: George Kouba andL. Doris Kouba; In-Laws, Bill and Connie Telker; four sisters: Kitty (Perry) Choate, Patricia Kouba, Sally (Scott) Randall, and Jennifer Kouba; one brother, Daniel (Kathy) Kouba; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.He is preceded in death by his step-mother, Joyce Kouba; grandparents, Pete (Velma) Kouba and James (Opal) Hammond; a nephew, Nathan Kouba and a great niece, Chloye Kline.
