She is survived by her children: Diana (Sam) Kay Razouk, Judith (Larry) Rae Tow and Terry Van Wegman, nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and five sisters and brothers. Rusty retired from Northwestern Bell after 23 years of service. She sang on the radio station in Fremont, Nebraska with her sister Anna Mae. She also sang in many Marshalltown area nursing homes. Her two biggest achievements were being the mother of three children and having two CD recordings. Rusty grew up in Fremont, Nebraska, lived in Tennessee, Arizona and Texas but her heart was in Iowa where she lived for 66 years.
