Bea Payne, 79, of Marshalltown, Iowa passed away on Saturday November 16, 2013, at Westbrook Acres in Gladbrook, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday November 20, 2013, at Center Street Baptist Church in Marshalltown, Iowa. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, also at Center Street Baptist Church. Memorials may be direct to the Family to be designated at a later date. Beatrice Ann Weaver was born on January 9, 1934 in Buffalo Center, Iowa; she was the daughter of Art and Iva (Betels) Weaver. Bea attended school in the Cedar Falls Community High School graduating with the class of 1951 , and then went on to attend Hamlin University in St Paul , Minnesota where she received her degree in Nursing. On September 8, 1956, Bea was united in marriage to Wayne Payne of Elmore, Minnesota. Bea was the Director of Community Nursing Services in Marshalltown until her retirement in 2000, and also served on Public Health Boards. Bea was a member of Center Street Baptist Church in Marshalltown, she loved to sew and quilt, but her biggest blessing was her, husband, children and grandchildren. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 57 years, Wayne of Marshalltown, Iowa. Daughters: Kelly (David) Messenger of West Des Moines, Iowa, Robin (Terry) Anderson of Ankeny, Iowa, Tracy (Terry) Oller of Ankeny, Iowa, Janae (Tim) Jelsma of Ankeny and Alyson ( Mark) Skahill of West Des Moines, Iowa and 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Siblings: Roger (Maggie) Weaver of Prescott, Arizona, Joan (Richard) Kohl of Williams, Iowa Karen Caldwell of Waterloo and Doug (Carol) Weaver of Hudson, Iowa. In death Bea rejoins her parents, Art and Iva. Funeral: Center Street Baptist Church Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at Center Street Baptist Church
