Betty Niederhauser Spence November 6, 1921 - October 21, 2017 Betty (Nany) Niederhauser Spence ascended peacefully at Cornerstone Hospice in The Villages, Florida. A private family memorial service will be held. Left to cherish her life are her four children: Harry Hoot (Pam) Niederhauser, Russ Niederhauser, Barb (John) Edens, Lilla (Ed) Shirk, eight loving Grandchildren, eighteen Great-Grandchildren, and seven Great-Great Grandchildren. Our Mother was a Lady of Grace, was very selfless, caring, thoughtful, and set the bar very high. The only things she wanted from life were to be married, have two boys and two girls, and be the best homemaker and mother she could be. . . She was THE BEST! In keeping with the spirit of who she was, in lieu of flowers, please perform a random act of kindness or a senseless act of beauty.
