Born at home in Clemons on June 1st, 1934, she was the daughter of Floyd and Clara (Hill) Bryant. Bev graduated from the Marshalltown High School in May of 1952, and a few days later was married to the love of her life, Clifford Ingledue, while home on leave. The first years of marriage were out of the area while he was in the Navy, but then returning to Marshalltown to make it home. They were blessed with two children, Gary and Cheryl. Bev began a passionate career at the Marshalltown High School Food Service on September 29th, 1967. She knew every student by name from that day forward and often took several hours at the grocery store because of visits with former students and co-workers. She was a fixture at the Bobcat home games and events, often with her mother Clara and husband Cliff at her side in years past. Bev was passionate about the Bobcats, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, going shopping, trips with Cheryl local or far (she liked Vegas!), going out to eat, collecting cookbooks, having her hair done and feeding the birds and squirrels. In the spring of 2014, she was one of the local celebrities representing the MHS Roundhouse Restoration kick-off at Elmwood Country Club. Left to cherish her memory are her son Gary Ingledue (Debbie Bragonier) of Marshalltown and daughter Cheryl (Paul) Sams of Marshalltown, grandsons Aaron Cooper (Alexa Anthony) of Johnston and Kyle Ingledue of Vancouver, WA, great-grandchildren- Kaiden, Lillie and Cohen, her only brother Cliff (Carol) Ingledue of Dallas, TX., and many, many friends. In death, Bev rejoined her beloved Cliff who died in 2000 and her parents.
