Billy Joe Williams, 38, of Toledo, passed away on March 9, 2021. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 13 at 1:00 P.M. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Billy was born on March 17, 1982 to parents Jimmy Dean Mitchell Williams and Beverly Ann (Weber) Bear. He worked as an auto body technician for A&J Auto Body in Marshalltown. In his free time, Billy loved being outdoors hunting and fishing. Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Bev Bear; his siblings: Jason (Crystal) Williams and Jennifer Williams; nieces and nephews: Marissa Spalding, Nayelli Mancilla, Mitchell Mancilla, Joseph Mancilla and Mathew Mancilla; aunts and uncles: Reece Abbott, Lisa (Don) Plum, Michael Weber; Denise Weber, Keith Mitchell, numerous cousins and his co-workers at A & J: Al, Zach, Gavin, Rolo, and Tommy. He is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy; his grandparents: Dolores Russell, Lloyd Russell and Donna and Bill Williams and his uncle, Mark Weber.
