Bonnie Lou (Adkins) Curl of the Iowa Veterans Home passed away on Friday, October 21, 2011.Graveside services will be held at 1:15 p.m. on October 26, 2011 at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.at the Funeral Home in Marshalltown. Memorials may be directed to the Family. For condolences please visit; www.mitchellfh.com . Phone 641- 844-1234.Bonnie Lou Adkins was born on May 15, 1937; she was the daughter of Calvin Lowell and Edith Evelyn (Klenk) Adkins. Bonnie attended Marshalltown school and graduated from Montour High School with the class of 1955. On April 14, 1961 Bonnie was united in marriage to Harry Junior Curl in Legrand, Iowa. They had resided in Tama County, State Center and Marshalltown. Bonnie had worked at Lennox Industries offices in the planning department from 1955 to 1966. Bonnie had enjoyed her family, listening to the 50s music and Elvis.Left to cherish Bonnie s memory are her children; Cindy(Kevin Beye) Bills , Christine Neuroth both of Marshalltown, Charla Puccio of State Center and Jason(Sarah) Curl of Melbourne, grandchildren; Angela( Danny) Hofer, Michele(Cody Younkin) Bills, Brandon Bills, Brittany Bills, Bryton Bills and Brooklyn Bills, Rebecca and Tyler Neuroth, J.R. and Crystal Eide, Kimberly (Jake) Calloway, Andrew Waage, and Kendra Waage, Madeline Curl, Izabelle Curl, Hunter Curl and Vanessa Curl, and 9 great-grandchildren and Sister; Jean Joyce Adkins(Roger)Crow and Aunt, Hilma Klenk Alexander of Toledo.In death Bonnie rejoins her husband Harry Junior Curl on 2009 and daughter Carla Kay Curl in 2007; granddaughter, Rebecca Lyn Bills and Grandson, Timothy Curl both in 1985; her brother Merlyn Lowell Adkins in 2010, her parents and grandparents, Ernest and Mary(Villers) Klenk and Calvin Lott and Harriet Emily(Antle) Adkins.
