Bonnie Lutes

Bonnie Hartwell Lutes passed away on March 22 in Motley, Minnesota. She was born on October 11, 1925 to Kenneth and Blanche Fitzsimmons Scadden in Randolf, Nebraska. She graduated from Marshalltown High School in 1943 and marred Bruce E. Hartwell on October 5, 1943. She later married Keith Lutes on May 25, 1973. She owned Hartwell Ins, was Secretary of the Central Iowa Fair and worked at Fisher Gov.Co. Traveling with Keith was her passion and soon opened a restaurant in Branson, MO. Later spending winters on Pine Island, Florida and summer in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota where they made many friends! She is survived by her husband Keith, two daughters Sharon (Willis) Daggett, Nancy (Terry) Kutzner, two step-sons Craig Lutes and Gary Lutes also 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter Pamala R. Hartwell, her 1st husband Bruce; her parents and a half Brother Gerald Scadden. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 27th, at the Prairie View Cemetery at Gilman.
