Brian Stanley 43, of Whitten, Iowa passed away at University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa on October, 2, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown, Iowa. Brian Lee Stanley was born on March 31, 1972, in Iowa City, Iowa; he was the son of Michael and Deana (Bolle) Stanley he attended School in the Marshalltown Community School District. On September 9, 1999, Brian was united in marriage to Karen Benda in Marshalltown, Iowa. Brian was an Owner/ Operator Truck Driver. He enjoyed his Harley Davidson Motorcycle and fishing but above all he loved his wife and precious children. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 16 years, Karen, children: Landon (8), Krystal (8) Jessie (6) Axl (1) Leo (1) and nephew, Braven(5), sisters, Melody Keller of Tama and Michelle Stanley(Lee Blouin) of Marshalltown, Iowa, brother, Michael Stanley of Albion, Iowa and many aunts, uncles and cousins and he was like a father to many nieces and nephews. In death Brian rejoins his parents, Michael and Deana.
