Bruce Leigh Arnold, 66, of St. Anthony, Iowa, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2017 at Iowa River Hospice Home. Memorial services for Bruce will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 with Pastor Bobby Shomo officiating. Public visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Mitchell Family Funeral Home, where his family will be present to greet friends. Bruce Leigh Arnold was born on March 1, 1950, the son of Clifford Dale and Elna Marie (Hall) Arnold. He was raised and educated in the BCL school district graduating from high school. On October 31, 1997, Bruce was united in marriage to the love of his life Linda Kay Keidle, in Ames, Iowa. Bruce was a dedicated man to his career in transportation where he spent many years as a Truck Driver/Safety Director. He had a true passion for camping at the Iowa State Fair with his family and friends. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Linda Arnold of St. Anthony, IA; children: Denise (Barry) Hoy of Ely, IA and Tonya (Donnie) Box of Liscomb, IA; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; siblings: Kirk (Tari) Arnold of Angola, IN; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents. Memorial contributions may be directed to Iowa River Hospice.
