Carl J. Alt was born August 26, 1949 in Dubuque, Iowa to Ludwig and Evelyn Alt. He honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Carl passed away Friday, November 28, 2025 at the age of 76 at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown.
Committal services with military honors for Carl will take place on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Adel, Iowa.
