Carl E. Myers

Carl E. Myers, 64, of Arriba, Colorado, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 3, 2018. Cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services held with the funeral home.  The family will have a Celebration of Life party on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 5 – 8 p.m. at JB’s Bar. Carl E. Myers was born on December 1, 1953 in Eldora, Iowa; the son of Ervin and Mildred “June” Myers.  He attended school in the Eldora school district.  Carl was united in marriage to Sharon Blackstock.  From this union the couple raised two daughters.  He wasn’t currently employed at the time of his passing due to his health.  Carl truly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and will be missed by many. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Sharon; two daughters Heather Ashby and Candy Ramirez; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
