Carol Mayer, 66, of State Center, Iowa passed away on the evening of Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at State Center Specialty Care. Following Carol’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no public services held at this time. Memorial contributions may be directed in Carol’s name to her family.
