Cindy L. Potter

Cindy Lou Potter, 52, of Marshalltown, passed away, Wednesday, October, 6, 2021 at Unity Point Health, Allen Hospital, Waterloo. Born on August 28, 1969 in Marshalltown, Cindy was the daughter of Howard and Doris (Waltemeyer) Howell. After high school, she went on to secure a certified medication aide certificate and was employed at CIRSI for 10 years. She was very determined and loved her job. She always enjoyed spoiling her cats, Dakota and Diamond. Survivors include her sister, Debbie (Dwight) Drew; three brothers: Howard Howell, Jr., Mike Howell and Craig Howell; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceding her in death are her parents and her husband Jim.
