Cody Michael Rhodes, 31, of Conrad, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 2, 2021 in Linn County. Cremation rites have been accorded and currently there is no formal services scheduled. Cody Rhodes was born on December 28, 1989 in Marshalltown to Michael and Sandra Michel Rhodes. Cody enjoyed working on cars and small engines. He loved music and spending time with his wife, Courtney. He also enjoyed spending time with his cousins, Trevor Cullor, Lance Michel and Shane Holcomb. Cody is survived by his daughter Rylee Rhodes and step daughter Sophia; parents: Michael and Sandra Rhodes; sisters: Amanda Rhodes and Jessica Rhodes and his grandmother Marty Rhodes. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Cody is joined in death by his wife, Courtney Olson Rhodes. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Richard Rhodes and his dog, Monster.
