Cynthia Kay Stanley was born on September 9, 1956 in Marshalltown to the proud parents, Herbert and Barbara (Miller) Stanley. She was one of nine children born to the family. She loved to hunt and fish with her dad. She loved to bowl and loved her internet. She attended Marshalltown High School and graduated in 1976. She would help anyone out who needed it. She had a heart of gold. Cindy worked for the Marshalltown Community School District cleaning school buses. She mowed lawns with her sisters, Debbie and Connie and her nephew, Chris. She also worked at the Totem Bowl in the playroom watching kids for the bowlers. She loved all animals. Left to cherish her memory are her siblings, Loyce (Janice) Stanley of Albion, Connie (Mike) Matney of Centerville, Debbie (Joe) Robinson of Marshalltown, Claude Stanley of Melbourne, Rick Stanley of Le Grand, Larry (Connie) Stanley of Conrad, Gary Stanley of Marshalltown and Tina (Dennis) Sinclair of Arkansas. The one nephew that was always here for her, Chris Robinson and his wife, Lilly, along with other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. In death, Cindy is rejoined with her parents, Herbert and Barbara Stanley; her brother, Mike Stanley; her niece, Shelly Stanley; her aunt, Pat Thompson; her nephew, Brian Stanley and her furry, four-legged child, Baby Kay Stanley. We would like to thank the Marshalltown Dialysis Center for taking such good care of her until the end. You are all very amazing.
