Daniel Enriquez

Daniel Josue Enriquez, 67, of Marshalltown passed away at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, on Saturday, April 14, 2018. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. with a public visitation held one hour prior. Daniel was born in Oceanside, California on September 16, 1951 to the parents of Joe and Juanita (Jurado) Enriquez. Daniel enjoyed his time in California. He married Vivian Burley on October 21, 1984. The two made their home in California and raised six children, they made their way to Marshalltown in 2011. Daniel was a jokester and could always be found with a smile on his face. He was a talented musician, loving to sing and play the guitar. In high school he was actively involved in sports playing baseball, football, and basketball. In more recent years he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Daniel will be missed by his family and countless friends. Left to cherish Daniel’s memory are his wife of 33 years Vivian, children; Adrienne Enriquez, Danelle Enriquez, Vivette Enriquez, Ethan Enriquez, Joel Paul Enriquez, and Silver Anderade; 16 grandchildren, and one greatgrandchild. Siblings Chuck Enriquez, Elaine Gilbert, Lana Kaylor, and Melissa Hypes. Daniel is preceded in death by his parents Joe and Juanita.
