Daphne Elizabeth Streeter was born on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 5:51pm, 5 lbs 1.1oz and 17.3 inches long. She passed in her mom and dad’s arms on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.

Funeral services for Baby Daphne will be held on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Journey Church in Marshalltown. Visitation will take place prior to the service; beginning at 12:00 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the family. Daphne Streeter was born on Monday, April 24, 2023 to Drew and Laura Streeter. Daphne had her daddy’s red hair, looked just like her momma, had the perfect toes and perfect crooked pinky fingers. Daphne was able to spend her final day comfortably in the arms of her mom and dad, with her grandparents present, loving, holding, kissing and admiring her until she took her final breath.

Along with her parents, Drew and Laura; Daphne is survived by her grandparents: Tanya and Darrel DeFrance, Tom and Hilary Crane and Mark Mathern; great-grandparents; aunts and uncles including: Sarah (T.J.) Andrews, Brittany DeFrance, Nick Streeter and Willie (Bre) Mathern. She is also survived by her cousins: Cutter, Stockton and Sawyer Andrews, her great aunt: Beth Mathern and many more family members. Daphne is preceded in death by three baby siblings; great-grandparents: Mildred and Dale Mathern, great-aunt: Barb Mathern and her Nana Earleen Mathern.
