David Corwin

David W. Corwin, 76, of Melbourne, passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021. Per the wishes of David and his family, private family services will be held and a burial will take place at Melbourne Memorial Garden. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family. David William Corwin was born on April 4, 1944 to Donald and Lenore (Lauritsen) Corwin in Estherville, Iowa.  David was married to Mary (Boggess) on June 10, 1966. To this union they welcomed two children; Cynthia Jane and Curtis David, four grandchildren; Alex, Megan, Kaiti and Sam, and seven great-grandchildren. David worked for Pioneer Hi Bred in Rhodes, Iowa, Fishers Control, hauled cattle, and worked for Crete Carrier driving a semi. In his free time, David enjoyed traveling and seeing the country and living the farm life. David was survived by his wife Mary, children Cynthia (Troy) Schelling and Curtis Corwin (Carrie Phelps), sister Nancy (Steve) Studer, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother LeRoy, and his in-laws.
