Edward Brzezinski of Marshalltown passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at home.Funeral services were held on Friday, July 1, 2011 at The Salvation Army in Marshalltown, Iowa. Phone 641-844-1234.Edward Andrew Brzezinski was born in Hammond, Indiana, he was the son of Edward and Alice (Jesionek) Brzezinski. He attended School in Calumet City, Illinois graduating from Thorton Fractional North .Ed had served our country honorably in the United States Navy. He had lived in Southbend, Indiana and lived in Marshalltown the last 4 years. He had been employed by the Salvation Army. He loved to cook and was a collector of many things.Left to cherish his memory are his 4 sons and grandchildren, his sister; Sue Ann (Robert) Orzel of Calumet City , Illinois, brothers; James Brzezinski of Hammond, Illinois and Terry Sumerfelt of Valparaiso, Indiana.Ed was preceded in death by his parents; Edward and Alice, and siblings John, Robert and Alice.
