Eleanor Belle Rhodes, formerly of LeGrand, Iowa, died Saturday, October 23, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was a member of the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ in Little Rock.Visitation will be held at Mitchell Funeral Home in Marshalltown, Iowa, on Thursday, October 28, from 7:30-9:00 p.m., with a private graveside service at Stavanger Cemetery in LeGrand . She was married for 25 years to John W. Rhodes (deceased).Eleanor graduated from LeGrand High School and attended cosmetology school in California. She owned and operated a beauty shop in LeGrand for many years. She moved to Little Rock, Arkansas in 1973.Eleanor is survived by two daughters, Donna (Don) Long of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Rita (Terry) Rutherford of Atlantic, Iowa, two granddaughters, Margo (James) Estes of Atlanta, Georgia, and Andrea (David) Davidson of Nashville, Tennessee, and three great-grandchildren, Hayden and Jack Estes, and Ashlyn Davidson. .
