Eris J. Barbieri, 57, of Des Moines, died Wednesday, March 7, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.Following cremation, memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, March 24, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. He moved to Marshalltown in 2009 where he met his fianc Jeannie Kruse Bilyeu. Eris was employed at JELD-WEN in Grinnell, Iowa. He enjoyed traveling with his fianc Jeannie, spending time with his family, gardening, fishing and camping, always enjoyed sports of any kind and liked to play baseball and softball.Eris is survived by his son Cash Burch of Fort Dodge, Iowa; his brother Anthony Barbieri of Des Moines, Iowa; a grandson James Barbieri of Ottumwa, Iowa and fianc Jeannie Kruse Bilyeu of Ferguson, Iowa.Eris was preceded in death by his parents, Anna and Eddie Barbieri and his son Eris J. Barbieri Jr.
