Eugene Carson, 95, of Marshalltown, Iowa, passed away peacefully on the morning of Monday, September 18, 2017, at Bickford Cottage with his loving family by his side. Funeral services for Eugene will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at Mitchell Family Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Kodis officiating. Public visitation will be held one hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made in Eugenes name to Bickford Cottage of Marshalltown or Care Initiatives Hospice.
