Everett was born on December 17, 1970. He lived a life defined by love, loyalty, service, and an unwavering dedication to his family and those around him. He will be remembered as a man with a generous heart who would give his last penny to help someone in need and never hesitated to show up for the people he cared about.
Above all else, Everett's greatest love was his family. Later in life, he met and married his devoted wife, Audra Siddell, who became an important part of his world. He deeply loved Audra and spoke of her often with admiration and affection. He found great joy in her happiness and was grateful for the love, companionship, and life they built together.
Everett was an incredibly proud father to Hannah Anderson and her husband, Cameron Anderson; Connor Young and his wife, Heather Young; Drake Young and his soon-to-be wife, Laura; Trevor Siddell and his wife, Natalie; and Kelsy Siddell and her boyfriend, Nathan. He also held a special place in his heart for Christian Anderson, whom he loved as his own son. He loved his family deeply and carried many cherished memories of his children throughout his life. Everett was also blessed with the love of his grandchildren, Kailor, Avery, Zayden, Hadley, and Fionna, each of whom brought joy to his life. He was happy to learn of the twin grandchildren expected by Trevor and Natalie and looked forward to their arrival. Becoming a grandfather was one of life's greatest blessings, and he treasured the moments he shared with his grandchildren. Everett is survived by his mother-in-law, Joyce, whom he absolutely adored. He cherished their relationship and was grateful for the love, laughter, and memories they shared. He also survived by his siblings: Terri Best, Vicki Koehler, Ron Smith, Sonja Pruisner and Penny Wilson.
In his younger years, Everett participated in football and track during high school and was involved in the Naval Sea Cadet Corps youth development program. Although an injury prevented him from pursuing a career in the Navy, he remained committed to serving others. He later attended the police academy and became a deputy, a role he was proud to hold and one that reflected his dedication to helping and protecting his community.
Everett was a steadfast supporter of law enforcement and had a lifelong appreciation for John Deere equipment. Green was his favorite color, made especially meaningful by his beloved granddaughter Kailor's love for it. What began as her favorite color became one of his greatest favorites as well, serving as a constant reminder of the joy she brought to his life. He never missed an opportunity to make silly turkey noises with his granddaughters, Avery and Hadley, and the laughter and joy found in those simple moments were among the things he cherished most.
Those who knew Everett will remember his kindness, his steady presence, his sense of humor, and his willingness to help anyone in need. He leaves behind a legacy of love, generosity, strength, and devotion that will continue to live on through his family and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Everett is preceded in death by his parents: Gordon and Arelene; sister: Cheryl Pruisner and his brothers-in-law: Dick Koehler and Ron Best.
