Gary Evertsen, 77, of Marshalltown, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at his home and under the care of Iowa River Hospice Home.

Gary Evertsen was born on July 24, 1945. He was the son of Rudy and Dorothy Evertsen. Gary cherished his friends and made time for them. Gary will be missed by many.

Gary is survived by his son: Neal; sister: Patricia Peters; brother: Mike Evertsen; sister-in-law: Barb Evertsen; brother-in-law: Don Davis and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Gary is united in death by his parents: Rudy and Dorothy; sister: Shirley Davis and brother-in-law: Larry Peters.
