Heaven gained a new angel in Gavin Leallan Hildreth, who was the precious son of Kandice Hildreth. Funeral services for Gavin will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Union Community Church in Union, Iowa. Public visitation will be held on Friday, March 14, from 5:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. at Mitchell Family Funeral Home where his family will be present to greet friends. Born Gavin Leallan Hildreth on October 10, 2010 in Marshalltown, Iowa, the precious son of Kandice Hildreth. Gavin loved semis, trailers, Scooby Doo cartoons, toy trucks, his monkey pillow pet and any type of music especially his favorite song Country Boy. Left to cherish Gavins memory are his mother: Kandice Hildreth; one brother: Kyson Mason; grandparents: Justin and Laurie Miller of Union, Iowa, Allan and Robin Kinney Jr. of Union, Iowa, Toni Wait of Union, Iowa, many great grandparents, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his great grandma: Kathy Catherwood, great grandpa: Marvin Hildreth, and many great and great-great grandparents.
