Glen Eggers, 82, formerly of State Center, Iowa passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown, Iowa. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2017 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the West Marshall Chapel, 104 West Main in State Center, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to the family to be designated at a later date. For condolences or questions please visit: www.mitchellfh.com. Mitchell Family Funeral Home is caring for Glen and his family. Phone 641-844-1234. Glen enjoyed farming, stock car racing, fishing, and friends and family at their Thunderhead Lake Home. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 56 years, Janice; daughters, Kim Pfantz of State Center, Kaylene (Todd) Jennings of Melbourne, Iowa and Kristine (Kevin) Holm of Waterloo, Iowa; 5 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, and 5 great-grandchildren.
