Greg Trittien

Greg Trittien, 54, of Toledo, died Friday, April 2, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 10th, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. He will be laid to rest in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Toledo. Visitation will be held from 5-7:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. For condolences, please visit www.mitchellfh.com. The Mitchell Family Funeral Home is caring for Greg and his family. Ph 641-844-1234. Born on November 2nd, 1955, in Marshalltown, he was the son of Gordon and Barbara (Jarman) Trittien. He received his education in the Union-Whitten Schools and graduated from the UW High Schools Class of 1975. On August 15th, 1975, he was united in marriage to Linda Koch at the Methodist Church in Eldora, Iowa. They made their home in Garwin until 1985 moving to Florida. They returned to Toledo, Iowa in 1991 and he began work as a driver for Green Products out of Conrad.Left to cherish his memory are Linda, his loving wife of 34 years, son Jeremy (Doris) of Montour, brother Scott (Fran) Trittien of Marshalltown, father-in-law Duane Koch of Toledo and several other family and friends. In death, he rejoined his parents Gordon and Barb and his mother-in-law.
