Henry May

Henry May, 62, of Marshalltown, Iowa died Sunday, September 5, 2010, at the Marshalltown Medical & Surgical Center. Following cremation, memorial services for Henry will be held at 10:00 AM, on Wednesday, September 8, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be directed in Henrys name to his family. Henry was united in marriage to Sandra Denner on May 20, 1978 in Marshalltown, Iowa. Following their marriage they made their home in Marshalltown where Henry drove a truck for over 18 years, and then the remainder of his time was spent at Brown & Sons Auto on Iowa Avenue visiting and making friends with the many people who stopped by. Henry was preceded in death by his parents, two sons: William and Kyle, one grandson: Spencer Sanders, five brothers and one sister. Henry is survived by his wife Sandy of 32 years, one son: Dwayne (Karine) May of Rockford, Michigan, one daughter: Teresa (Rodney) Sanders of Roebuck, South Carolina, two grandsons: Jordon and Zachary May, two granddaughters: Aubrey and Annika Grace Sanders, four sisters, his mother-in-law Alice Denner, two sisters-in-law: Pam (Jeff) Ferren and Deborah Denner, and his special buddy Baby.
