Heriberto Soltero (74) of Marshalltown Iowa, passed away on February 16th, 2016. Services will be held at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California on Monday, February 22nd, 2016, in the Sky Rose Chapel at 1:00 pm. A rosary service will be held on Sunday from 6:00pm until 8:30 pm at the Sky Rose Chapel. A reception will be held following internment in the Garden View room at 3:00 pm until 4:30 pm.
