Jared P. Clemons

Jared Clemons, 36, of 206 North 3rd Street, died early Saturday morning, January 12th, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Graveside services remembering Jared will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 18th, at the Clemons Cemetery at Clemons, Iowa. Born Jared Paul Clemons on March 10th, 1971, in Marshalltown, he was the youngest child born to Thomas D. and Jean (Barnard) Clemons. He graduated from the Marshalltown High School and attended the Marshalltown Community College. Jared will be fondly remembered for his love of hunting, fishing, golfing and playing cards. He will be greatly missed by his parents, Thomas and Jean Clemons of Marshalltown, his siblings Shelly (Bruce) Carlson, Jon Clemons and Bryan Clemons all of Marshalltown, grandmother Thelma Clemons of Marshalltown and a host of friends. In death he has rejoined paternal grandfather Rex Wayne Clemons and maternal grandparents Gib and Charlotte Barnard.
