The Mitchell Family Funeral Home is caring for Jesus and his family.Jesus was born on December 16, 1942, in Jalisco, Mexico. He later moved to Marshalltown where he met Marie AntoinetteElder and later married on August 21, 1994. Jesus was employed at Swifts for many years.Jesus enjoyed watching TV and baseball and was an avid Cubs and White Sox fan. He also enjoyed discussing politics but above all else Jesus enjoyed his family and cherished every moment with them.Left to cherish Jesus memory is his wife Marie Garcia of Marshalltown, step daughters Jaenine (Juan) Segura of Houston Texas, Marie (Edmundo) Ortiz of Marshalltown, Omeka Elder (David Babinat) of Marshalltown and his grandchildren Ebony, Imani, Juan, Xavier, Preciosa, Harmani, Xymerriah and Josiah. Also Jesus leaves behind his siblings and several nieces and nephews.In death Jesus is preceded by both of his parents and a sister.
