John Junior Allgood, age 56, of Marshalltown, Iowa passed away on March 18, 2024, at Unity Point Health- Marshalltown Hospital.

John Junior Allgood was born April 3, 1967, in Corcoran, California. He was the son of John Franklin and Betty Jean (Boethin) Allgood. John attended Corcoran High School and graduated with the class of 1985. After high school, he proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for three years. John joined the workforce and started working for Lennox Industries of Marshalltown in the warehouse department. He was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping.

He is survived by his two sons, Scott (Mandi) Allgood and Jay Allgood, his grandchildren; Kaden, Blake, and Emma Allgood, his sister Clovie (Ernesto) Lopez and his two nieces; Ashley Lopez and Donna Hinojosa.

John is preceded in death by his parents John and Betty Allgood, and his sister.
