John Wayne Paxson, 67, of Melbourne, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the VA Central Iowa Health Care System in Des Moines. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Makaylee, Makinzie, Jayden, Jason, Tommy Lee and Madalynn as well as siblings Nancy (Denny) Stratton of Collins, Kelly (Joan) Paxson of Sherwood, Arkansas, Barb (James) Johnson of Marshalltown and Suzanne Thomas of Jacksonville, Arkansas.
