Jose Luis Ramirez Cardenas, 32, of Marshalltown, Iowa passed away on February 23, 2019. A Visitation for Jose will be held for family and friends on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home from 5:00- 7:00 P.M. Memorials may be directed to the Family. Jose was born on January 29, 1987 to parents Jose Luis Ramirez-Sanchez and Antonia Cardenas de Ramirez in Villachuato, Michoacan, Mexico. On September 2, 2007 Jose married his wife Gabriela Andrade Ramirez in Marshalltown, Iowa. Some of Jose’s interests included music, working on cars, construction projects, and grilling. He had a cheerful attitude and got along with everyone. He also loved his family and friends. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Gabriela; children Idania Esmeralda Ramirez Andrade and Yetzaly Guadalupe Ramirez Andrade; siblings Jose Jesus, Joaquin, Patricia, Maria Teresa, Alejandro, Rafael, Marisela; and furry four-legged companion Frijol. In death Jose rejoins his grandparents Felipe and Juana and Fidel and Carmen and Aunt Maria and Uncle Fidel.
