Jose Luis Soto was born on March 7, 1961, in Rio Bravo. Mexico, he was the son of Eugenio and Hilaria Soto. On April 16, 1986 Jose was united in marriage to Josephine (Hernandez) Soto in Texas. Jose has lived in Marshalltown for the past 20 years and was employed at JBS. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 31 years, Josephine of Marshalltown, Iowa, children, Jose Soto Jr. of south Dakota, Eduardo Soto and Minerva Soto both of Marshalltown, Iowa, grand-children, Jaun Jose Hernandez, Alonso Hernandez, Sherlyn Carrillo, Anthony Carrillo and Aidan Soto
