Judy Gallentine

Judy Gallentine (74), of Marshalltown, Iowa passed away on July 7th, 2015, in Iowa City, Iowa. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 12th at 1:00 pm, with funeral services following at 2:00 pm at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Judy Marlene Gallentine was born on April 15th, 1941 at the Deaconess hospital in Marshalltown, Iowa, to Jasper Gallentine and Evalee Robertson. She was raised and educated in Marshalltown. Through her life, Judy cared for her mother until her passing in 2005. Judy was a member of New Hope Christian Church. She enjoyed spending her days socializing with her neighbors, engaging in her daily bible study and reading. Left to cherish her memory are her siblings; Howard, Shirley and Sharon, many nieces and nephews, her friends at New Hope Christian Church and Westown Apartments. In death, she rejoins her parents and grandparents.
