Judy Ilene Tucker

Judy Ilene Tucker, 77, of Marshalltown, entered into eternal life with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at her home and under the care of the Iowa River Hospice Home.

Funeral services for Judy will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. Judy Ilene Sheeder was born on May 20, 1945 in Adair County to John and Frances Sheeder. She attended and graduated from Menlo High School in Menlo, Iowa. Judy was united in marriage to Teddy Wilbur Tucker on May 28, 1965. During her life, she worked at Allied Insurance, Farmers Mutual Insurance and Murdy Drugstore as well as baby-sat for others and in her later years, enjoyed being a homemaker. Judy enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Judy enjoyed sharing her faith with others and took every opportunity to lead others to know Jesus Christ.

Judy will be missed by her two daughters: Angela Tucker of Marshalltown and Marcy (Jason) Ross of Collins; grandchildren: Brittany (Devon) Vaughn, Brianna (Blake Aswegan) Tucker, Nicole Ross and Drake Ross and great grandchildren, Landon Vaughn, Layton Vaughn, Wyatt Ross and Carter Ross. She is also survived by her brother, Dennis (Connie) Sheeder of New Virginia and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Teddy, parents John and Frances and her sister, Charlene Perrigo.
