Karen McCombs, age 83, of Marshalltown, passed away suddenly on Monday, February 10th, 2020, at the UnityPoint Health in Marshalltown.           To honor her wishes, no services are being held at this time. The Mitchell Family Funeral Home is caring for Karen and her family.           Born Karen Joy Fullbright on April 24th, 1936, in Cedar Falls, IA, she was the daughter of Evertt and Evelyn (Brooks) Fullbright. She attended some college classes and gained her LPN degree to care for others in need.           She was blessed with her children and grandchildren in her life. She was the wife of the late Kenneth E. McCombs.
