Kathy Brown, 65, of Marshalltown, Iowa passed away Friday, November 14, 2014, at home surrounded by her family and under the care of Iowa River Hospice. As per Kathys wishes cremation has been accorded and there will be no services at this time. Kathleen Ann Abboud was born on July 5, 1949, in Omaha, Nebraska; she was the daughter of Edward and Carmelita Catherine (Danahoe) Abboud. Kathy attended School at Tech High in Omaha. On May 12, 1969, Kathy was united in marriage to Ronald Brown in Council Bluffs, Iowa; they had lived in Marshalltown for 36 years. She was a member of Jehovahs Witnesses. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 45 years, Ron, children: Todd (Mandy) Brown, Mark ( Leslie) Brown and Monica Brown. Her treasured grand-children, Taylor Brown, Tia Brown and Makayla Brown. Siblings, Edward, Charles, Thomas and Gary Abboud. Kathy was preceded in death by her brother Gary and her parents Carmelita and Edward Abboud.
