Kenneth L. Waechter, 84, of the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown, Iowa, passed away on March 28, 2019.Following Kenneth’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no public services held at this time. He will be laid to rest at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Van Meter, Iowa.
