Kevin Edward Stackhouse Jr., 14 months, passed away on Thursday, April 3rd, 2008 at Blank Childrens Hospital in Des Moines. Funeral services celebrating Kevins life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 7th at First Friends Church. He will be laid to rest in the Riverside Cemetery. He was the son of Kevin Edward and Nicole Marlean (Carson) Stackhouse. Kevin was nicknamed Peanut and Eddie. He enjoyed playing with his toys, walking in his walker, and he loved to crawl. He also enjoyed playing with his beloved pet black Lab/ greyhound, Brewster. Left to honor Kevins life are: his parents; his grandparents, Lisa Stackhouse, and Tana and K.C. Yu; his great-grandparents, Marcia Carson, Harold and Jeannie Brown, Jerry and Nora Chase, and Marvin and Frances Stackhouse; his aunts, Alesha Carson, Rebeca Carson, and Jeannie Stackhouse; his uncles, Curtis Carson, Doug Salyers, and Curtis Stackhouse; his cousins, April, Trinity, Lenny, Michael, and Marissa; his best friend, Sean Cheaney; great aunts and uncles: Bob and Michelle Chase, Kent and Emily Carson, Kevin Carson, Keith Clapsaddle, Harold and Jana Brown, Glendora Brown, Russ and Candi Brown, Diane and Steve Bearden, Bill and Kathy Stackhouse, and Dave Stackhouse; as well as several step-family members. He was preceded in death by his great-grandpa James Carson, his great-grandma Shirley Stackhouse, his aunt Tracy, his uncles Jody and Butch, and his grandpa Chris.
