Lillie Caton

Lillie Caton, 89, of State Center, died Tuesday, September 11th, at the State Center Nursing and Rehab Center where she has resided since December 14th, 2006. Born on November 15th, 1917, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, she was the daughter of Harry and Sarah (Barnes) Matthews. She was united in marriage to Lawrence Caton in March of 1975, in Las Vegas. She moved to State Center to be near her granddaughter and her family in the recent past. Left to cherish her memory is her children: Lori (Bob) Morris in Oregon, Edward Smith of Phoenix, AZ., her grandchildren: Tracy (John) Abate of State Center and Eddie (Jody) Kilthau of Phoenix, AZ. In death she has rejoined her parents, a sister and a brother.
